If your order is lost or damaged during the collection process, Zenith Supps will not be able to issue a refund or replacement order.

Please note that this disclaimer does not apply to orders that are lost or damaged due to the negligence of Zenith Supps.

For example, if your order is lost or damaged because Zenith Supps did not properly package the order, Zenith Supps will be responsible for the loss or damage.
